Banana Sauce



Yes , you heard it right it’s Banana Sauce !! 


This Banana sauce is the perfect toppings for pancakes , waffles , toasts and even with savoury items like with buns , omelettes and fish fingers. I tried this sauce to serve it with cinnamon and raisin bread to get some different flavour and my guests amazed at breakfast table when they tasted it for the first time . It’s an excellent last minute dessert sauce for weekday meals and unexpected guests .




This Banana sauce can be made with easily available ingredients from your pantry and within a few minutes and this tastes amazingly delicious. The great way to use up your bananas that are looking little sad and the honey , butter and cream make it a star . 



The perfect and healthy option to serve your kids in breakfast or in lunch box who hates to eat bananas . You will be surprised with the amount of flavour this sauce has when you serve this on the breakfast table or as a condiment for snacks . 



Ingredients:

3 Bananas
1 cup milk 
2 tablespoons honey 
Pinch of salt 
2 tablespoons  Butter
1/2 cup fresh cream / Amul cream
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 

Method : 

First remove the skin  of bananas and blend it with a cup of milk in a blender till you get smooth texture. 

Now heat a butter in pan over medium flame , add banana purée , cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes . Add cream , stir it well , now add salt , cinnamon powder and honey . Cook for another 2-3 minutes and banana sauce is ready now.
